In order to be part of the World Tour tournaments and toplay FIFG 50/FIFG 100/FIFG 250/FIFG 500/FIFG MAJOR World Tour competitions, players must be affiliated to the FIFG Member in their country of birth or permanent residency and hold a World Tour license.
World Tour License is required for any tournament with FIFG Ranking points.
By purchasing the FIFG World Tour license you are able to represent Canada in all official FIFG events.
Note: This license does not secure players a spot to represent Canada in the FootGolf World Cup. The players selection is based in a criteria to be defined by FootGolf Canada the year prior to the FootGolf World Cup.
Being new, we recognize that the initial reaction from many players will be to try the sport before committing to a second round of play.
Once committed to the sport, these same players will want the option to take their play to a level where they are comfortable – be that a recreational round with friends a few times per week, or to the ultimate professional level where you can compete in open competitions – often for cash prizes. We at FootGolf Canada feel we have developed a membership structure that will permit this migration through these various levels of play.
